Jessica Nye is an IT-focused professional with a Bachelor of Music in Composition from Florida State University and 35 years of experience as a music educator, complemented by hands-on work in business operations, IT support, and digital systems. Her career reflects a strong ability to translate complex, detail-driven work into secure, reliable, and user-centered technical solutions. Her academic and teaching background cultivated advanced skills in systems thinking, structured analysis, documentation, and problem-solving—core competencies that translate directly to IT and cybersecurity-focused environments. Over decades of professional experience, she has supported diverse users, managed digital workflows, and maintained dependable technology operations in fast-paced organizational settings.

Following her retirement as an educator in 2024, Jessica has continued to apply her skills by providing online support and digital assistance to businesses and individuals.
